With an estimated 49.6 million victims of modern slavery worldwide and an estimated 122,000 victims in the UK, #ModernSlavery is prevalent in the built environment and its supply chains.

M&J are proud to be part of the Supply Chain Sustainability School’s Modern Slavery Group, which drives a common approach to identifying, preventing, mitigating and remediating modern slavery risks and labour exploitation. 🤝
The group helps develop the School’s extensive library of free resources, including videos, e-learning, toolbox talks, practical toolkits and templates to help businesses of all sizes tackle modern slavery.
In early 2024, the group will be publishing a common heatmap for exploitation risks and new resources on operational support for identifying and responding to modern slavery. Watch this space!
